This general inline vacuum control schematic shows Cordis controlling vacuum in a static volume. Various flow rates can be achieved based on which orifice is installed on the exhaust side of the Cordis. However, all flow rates will be relatively low and designed for small volumes and/or processes that do not require quick changes in volume.
